Tunsgate Square supported this year's carol concert in aid of local children's charity CHASE held at the Holy Trinity Church in Guildford High Street, by offering £150 worth of gift vouchers as a raffle prize.

On Thursday 19 November the Christmas lights switch-on day had a pack of Newfoundland dogs in the town together with a parade of the town’s mascots, bands, choirs etc. The lights switch-on ceremony in the evening was followed by a firework display over White Lion Walk. The Centre supported the event with music in the Square and balloons at the entrances, and was open until 8pm.
