We supported local station Eagle Radio before Christmas by sponsoring their '£1,000 Minute' competition from 12-23 December. Not only could you win £1,000, but contestants were also entered into a draw to win £250 worth of Tunsgate Square Gift Vouchers to spend at any participating store in the Centre.

We had Christmas all wrapped up last year by supporting TALK, a local charity that enables stroke recoverers to practise lost communication skills in a supportive environment.

Gifts brought to Tunsgate Square in December were beautifully wrapped and visitors kindly donated to TALK for their excellent gift-wrapping service.

The three day festive ice show at Spectrum Leisure Complex ran from 9-11 December and featured a cast of over 100 skaters including performances by some of the region's rising national skating stars.

Sponsored again by Tunsgate Square, and still one of the region's best value Christmas shows, the pantomime offered a truly enchanting family treat and was a fantastic opportunity to see some of Guildford's home grown skating talent.

We continued our support for Guildford's Yvonne Arnaud Theatre this year by sponsoring 'The Holly and The Ivy', a festive production set in a Norfolk vicarage on Christmas Eve 1947.

The theatre also has its very own cookbook. Each of the recipes have been kindly donated by well-known performers and directors all of whom have played, and still are playing, an important role in the life of the theatre.
